ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner herein and his family members under the guise of enquiry and to execute a bond under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent has already initiated proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner and summons has been issued, but the petitioner refused to receive the summons.

3. In view of the above, there is no question of harassment and hence, after receiving the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned authority and work out his remedy. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 24.02.2023 NCC :
