This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection at the cost of the petitioner for fencing the petitioner's land in Plot Nos.3, 4 and 5 in S.No.656, Ward C, Block No.5 (T.S.No.34), 40 of Sivakasi Municipality.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
