ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.1118 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police and to transfer the same and entrust the investigation to the third respondent with a direction to investigate the case in accordance with law and with a direction to conduct further investigation.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the final report has already been filed and that therefore there is no necessity for transferring the investigation. 4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is dismissed as infructous. However the second respondent is directed to see whether the final report is taken on file, if not taken on file, the second respondent is directed to expedite the same.
