ORDER

The petitioner lost her thali gold chain and that led to registration of Crime No.103 of 2019. Alleging that no action has been taken, the petitioner wants transfer of investigation. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the third respondent had already filed a final report closing the case as undetected. But the final report is yet to be taken on file. 3.The petitioner alleges that even though CCTV footage is available, the petitioner was not called for identifying the accused.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4016 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would however strongly refute the said contention.

5.Be that as it may, the third respondent is directed to once again associate the petitioner herein and revisit the entire footage. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to return the final report already filed by the third respondent herein. The second respondent will monitor the investigation in this case. 6.This criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
