2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State represented that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.192 of 2014, after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
