ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the victim girl was sent for medical examination and medical report is awaited.

3. In view of the said submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Since the petitioner did not intercourse with the victim girl as alleged by the prosecution, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application after receipt of medical examination.

4.
