This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case and to investigate the matter based upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.01.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate for enquiry. Further, he submitted that since the dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused is purely civil in nature, the complaint has been closed.

4. In the light of the above said statement, this Criminal
Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
