ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to investigate the complaint against the 3rd respondent who was made redeem the indemnity bond which was executed by petitioner father without of his knowledge and to take appropriate legal action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 03.02.2023.

2.The petitioner gave a representation to cancel the documents registered in the year 2007. It is his case that only in money transaction, the document came to be executed. Therefore, sought to cancel the same.

3. When the authorities have no power whatsoever to cancel the registered documents, which have to be established in the manner known to law before the civil Court as per Satya Pal Anand v. State of M.P. 2/4

[ 2016 10 SCC 767] and G. Rajasulochana v Inspector General made in W.P 29706 of 2024 dated 16.04.2024, the representation cannot be gone into by the authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
