This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.38 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same for investigation to the competent officer under the 3rd respondent and further direct the 3rd respondent to investigate into the burglary committed in the petitioner's pawn broker shop, namely, Krishna Bankers situated at Door No.34, Main Road, S.S.Kottai, Thiruppathur Takuk, Sivagangai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District and file final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2013 has been completed and the complaint was closed as ' Undetected' on 31.12.2014.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
