PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.509 of 2014 dated 10.10.2014 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.509 of 2014 as against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were charged on 05.06.2018 by the respondent police. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
