O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that, though the petition enquiry was conducted, the complaint was closed. Hence, it was further represented that there was no scope for further enquiry and there is no harassment.

5.In such view of the matter, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
