ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent police was registered in Current Petition No. G5/4153/361/GDP/2021 and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 21.02.2021 and nothing survives for further adjudication.
