H.C.P(MD)No.201 of 2020 instructions, submitted that the Government has not approved the order of detention passed against the detenu, vide communication in Letter No.3183/E2/2020-1, dated 28.02.2020, a copy of which, is produced before us.

2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
