ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the first respondent to withdraw and to transfer the investigation in Crime No.265 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other investigation agency and reinvestigate the same in accordance with law .

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the respondent police failed to investigate the matter and to file a final report and prayed that the investigation to be transferred to some other investigation agency.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3695 of 2021 3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.40 of 2019. 4.Since the charge sheet was already filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.40 of 2019, there is no question of transferring the investigation to any other agency. 5.Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
