Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to survey the lands in Survey No.326/2 for an extent of 49 cents, Survey No.326/3 for an extent of 49 cents and Survey No.324/3 for an extent of 10 cents situated at Malvarpatti Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the respondents to carryout survey in respect the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim. Taking note of the said submission, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondents 2 & 3 encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents 2 & 3 shall relegate the petitioner to move the appropriate Civil Court.

3.With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
