This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.429 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, dated 21.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, in Cr.M.P.No.429 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 that the petitioner/Accused should appear before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further order. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.429 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, dated 21.12.2020, is relaxed.
