ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2017 and call for the records pursuant to Crime No.261 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to any other investigation agency.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's son one Mr.Vengadesh met with an accident on 05.07.2017, at about 08.30 p.m., on his way from Ettayapuram to Kovilpatti. Though the accident was caused by the State Transport Bus, bearing Registration No.TN-72-N-1758, it is contended that the second respondent has not even given the details about the action taken by him and furnish the essential documents which are needed for filing a claim petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Merely because the petitioner was not furnished with the

details of the investigation and the essential documents which are required for him to file claim petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the case cannot be transferred. The reason stated by the petitioner cannnot be countenanced for transferring the case to another investigation agency. However considering the nature of petitioner's grievance, this Court direct the second respondent to furnish the relevant documents which are required by the petitioner for preferring a petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
