Crime No.1959 of 2020 ... Respondent/Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition which was imposed on the petitioners by an order of this Honourable Court dated 18/01/2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.457 of 2021 in connection with crime no.1959 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police Station, Melur, Madurai District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SANKARA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.457 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein were granted bail by this Court on 18.01.2021 with a condition directing the first petitioner to stay at Erode and report before the Erode Town Police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders and the second petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Anna Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that earlier the first petitioner was employed at Erode and now he lost his job and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2066 of 2021 both the petitioners have some relative at Alanganallur, where they can have seek some employment for their livelihood, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.457 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall stay at Alanganallur and report before the Alanganallur Police Station on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further the petitioner shall not enter Melur.
