This petition is filed to set aside and recall the order in Crl.O.P.No.7450 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3772 of 2016, dated 29.04.2016 and to restore the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that final report filed by the respondent police was taken on file in C.C.No.13 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram.

4.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
