This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on 09.05.2016 as against the order of the second respondent dated 31.03.2016, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner seeks for early disposal of this statutory appeal dated 09.05.2016 which is pending on the file of the first respondent.
3.Heard Mr.M.Kannan, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

W.P.[MD]No.4240 of 2022 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the said appeal is disposed of expeditiously, after affording a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 09.05.2016 filed as against the order of the second respondent dated 31.03.2016 within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
