ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 2 to give adequate police protection to the fourth respondent to survey, measure and fix boundary stones in the subject property in Survey Nos.78/1A3, 78/15B, 78/4 and 78/5 situated at Vavidamaruthur village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents for police protection, on such 2/4

representation, the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
