Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing first and second respondent police to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5 and others based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2022.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent police to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5 and others based on the representation dated 28.02.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 28.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 28.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
