PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 506 of 2013 from 2nd respondent to 4th respondent or any other competent police officer in Kanyakumari District.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 506 of 2013 from 2nd respondent to 4th respondent or any other competent police officer in Kanyakumari District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that

investigation is almost completed and waiting for the chemical report. However, the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
