PRAYER: This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in O.S.No.29 of 2016, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Nanguneri and may be directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2016, within stipulated time as fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sarvaga Prabhu

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Nanguneri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2016, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from records that the case is at the stage of trial and P.W.1 is in the witness box and he has to be crossexamined.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the suit has been pending for nearly five years, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Nanguneri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2016, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
