ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing them respondents 1 & 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2025 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law. 1/4
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has filed a subsequent complaint, which has been taken on file, and a First Information Report has been registered. As far as the removal of the survey stone is concerned, the petitioner has preferred a complaint. According to the petitioner, the respondent police has not taken the complaint on record or proceeded further.
3. Therefore, the respondent is directed to take the complaint on record and conduct an enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as the rival parties. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall register a case and act in accordance with law.
4. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 20.02.2026 KSA 2/4
