This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.08.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.20570 of 2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the contemnors submitted that they are ready to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 24.08.2023 in W.P.(MD) No.20570 of 2023 forthwith. However, due to an internal family dispute involving the petitioner, they are unable to comply with the order.
