This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy to complete the trial in C.C.No. 214 of 2017.

2. According to the petitioner, this case has been registered in the year 2014, which was pending in C.C.No.214 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Trichy. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Trichy, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of C.C.No.214 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
