ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the compliant made by the petitioner in CSR No.711/2025 on the file of the 1st respondent and to take appropriate actions against the private respondents.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The prosecution submitted that after enquiry, the respondent police closed the enquiry. However, the petitioner submitted that the private respondents have dig the property using bokline and caused heavy damage to the petitioner's property.

4. Eventhough civil suit is pending regarding the rights of the land as far as the damage is concerned, the respondent police ought to take action. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to reopen and conduct enquiry and proceed further as per law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With this direection, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
