Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and 1/3

the final report filed as a mistake of fact before the concerned Court. Now, the notice has been sent to the petitioner herein by the trial Court.

2. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
