2. This Court while recording the submissions made on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 that the lease period expired in the year 2012, closed the Writ Appeal. Therefore, the said order does not provide a cause to prefer the Review Application. It is not stated that the said submission made on behalf of the respondents is contrary to the facts. 2/5

3. Thus, there is no error apparent and the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
