ORDER

The writ petitioner wants to conduct a Kabadi match. The said request has been rejected citing the model code of conduct that is in force. I fail to understand why citing the election model code of conduct, the petitioner's request should be rejected. 2.Therefore, the order impugned in the writ petition is quashed. The respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to conduct the Kabbadi Match on 04.05.2019 and 05.05.2019. It is, ofcourse, open to the respondent to impose appropriate condition to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
