Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.As rightly pointed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the writ petitioner will have to be obtained only before the Jurisdictional Civil Court. It is seen that a civil suit has already been instituted in this regard. The petitioner will have to necessarily work out his rights only in the pending suit. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
