ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation dated 14.03.2019 submitted by the writ petitioner will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the second respondent on notice before passing the final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.

2.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
