2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it was presented before the concerned Court on 02.12.2021 and it was taken on cognizance on 08.03.2022. 3.What happened between these two periods is not clear on record.

4.The Registry is directed to call for report from the concerned Court with regard to the date of presentation of the final report, date of taken cognizance and return if any. 5.List this matter on 27.04.2022."
