COMMON PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 999 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.12.2022 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.999 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution the petitioners said to have committed theft of Rs.30,000/- from the vallet of the defacto complainant while the defacto complainant was proceeding in the bus. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. Investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into note of the fact that the petitioners are having 12 similar previous cases and also the fact that the petitioners hails from Andhra, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
5. Hence the petitions stand dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
