COMMON ORDER This is a case of case and counter instituted by the petitioner in both the cases against each other.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that both the cases are pending enquiry.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Karur District, to enquire into the complaints made by both parties and conclude the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Outer time limit is given since genuineness of the documents will have to be find out and one of the parties is said to be in U.S.A. The parties will have to co-operate with the enquiry. Since the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5637 of 2015 is said to be residing in U.S.A, enquiry can be proceeded with by calling his Power of Attorney Holder until and unless his appearance is required. In the event of calling the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)NO.5637 of 2015, sufficient time may be given for his appearance.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
