ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.301 of 2015 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Manapparai is the revision petitioner herein. The first respondent herein L.Muthukaruppan filed I.A.No.7 of 2022 for getting himself impleaded in the suit. The said IA was allowed vide order dated 08.12.2022. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed.

2.The prayer in the suit is to restrain the authorities from interfering with the affairs of the plaintiff sangam. It is seen that L.Muthukaruppan lodged complaint for cancellation of the registration of the sangam. Based on his complaint, action was initiated by the authorities. To restrain the authorities from pursuing their action, the suit came to be filed. L.Muthukaruppan is very much an interested and necessary party to the suit proceedings. The Court below rightly allowed the impleading petition. Since at the instance of L.Muthukaruppan, action was initiated against the authorities, L.Muthukaruppan was rightly impleaded as party defendant. Interference with the said order is not warranted.

3.This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
