ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. In order to get No Objection Certificate for the Unit to be established by the petitioner for packaged drinking water, the petitioner has made an application by way of request/ representation, dated 22.04.2019, to the second respondent seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no objection certificate and since no action has been taken thereon, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. I have heard the learned Government Advocate, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2019 would be considered by the second respondent and the same would be decided on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"That the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2019 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
