ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners and their properties from the respondents 3 to 6. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No263 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3930 of 2021 3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunities to the respondents 3 to 6. 4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of.
