ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to her. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.91 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
