ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection in conducting survey and demarcate the petitioner's landed property comprised in Survey Nos.311/2A2 and 311/2A3 total extend of 1 Acre and 22 cents relating to the petitioner's landed property situated at Nallur Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is made clear that the petitioner is entitled for police protection for surveying the land alone and under the guise of surveying, the petitioner shall not dispossess anybody if they are 2/4

having any possession of the land.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay the requisite fee to survey the land. On such payment, the respondent should survey the land. The fee should be paid within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter survey shall be carried out within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With this direction, this writ petition is allowed. No Costs.
