This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.220 of 2010 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.220 of 2010 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
