ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life by considering her representation, dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that during the course of the enquiry, both sides appeared and also given an undertaking that they will measure the property and fix the boundary and in the meantime they will not make any trouble with each other on that basis earlier representation was closed. Now, the petitioner submits that the third respondent is making trouble to him.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the above said undertaking no steps have been taken by the third respondent 2/5

to fix the boundary line. The petitioner himself may take steps to fix the boundary. Bur stating that the third respondent is making trouble to her life and limb and and hence, she has filed a petition.

4. With regard to survey the boundary the petitioner has to work out his remedy through the appropriate proceedings. The second respondent may conduct an enquiry by summoning the third respondent and depending upon the out come of the said enquiry, further steps will be taken by them.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
