Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARUNANITHI.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12825 of 2020 dated 26.11.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not able to mobilize the valuation certificate from the Authorities worth about Rs.50 Lakhs, due to COVID-19 situation. Hence, he prays to grant further time to comply with the condition.
