O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to give necessary protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Alleging that the petitioner and his grand son have been excommunicated from the village by certain persons, the petitioner has made a representation on 21.03.2015. As no action has been taken in pursuant to the complaint dated 21.03.2015, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

4. This Court has perused the petition filed along with the documents.

5. Taking note of the allegation which speaks about the excommunication, the respondent No.3 is directed to take appropriate action including necessary protection to the petitioner and his family members.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
