This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the civil matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated that the respondents herein have entertained the complaint which is purely a civil dispute.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor however on instructions submitted that a complaint was received against the petitioner and the same was closed. It is stated that no further enquiry is required.
