Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.42 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
