This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2015 dated 20.05.2015, pending on the file of the first respondent and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation is over and the final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District. However, it is stated that it is yet to be taken of file.

4.Recording the said submission, the first respondent is directed to see that the final report is taken on file, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
