ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned property stood in the name of his father Thiru.TR.Subburaj and that mutation should be effected in favour of his legal heirs. In this regard, the petitioner has given a petition before the fourth respondent.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue notice to all the interested persons before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or other. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
