ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Today (19.02.2025), when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the 2nd respondent fixed a date for conducting inspection over the building in question on 20.02.2025 and he is only aiding the 3rd respondent, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection.

3.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the petitioner has submitted an application through online without any particulars. Therefore, the authorities concerned sought for relevant particulars from the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the relevant particulars to the 3rd respondent and the 2nd respondent is also directed to proceed with the inspection and file a report before the 3rd respondent, who in turn, is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
